This package contains all code and raw data that have been used in the work "Maximum-likelihood estimation in ptychography in the presence of Poisson-Gaussian noise statistics". Raw data is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license and code under a MIT License (see LICENSE_data.txt LICENSE_code.txt, respectively). By following the installation guide and instructions provided in the README.txt files, all graphs and data visualizations in the paper's main document and supplementary information can be replicated.
